Order Processing

The 6-person Order Processing team plans and coordinates the processing of orders with the company’s various departments and the customer.

For this purpose, sales and production orders are created and managed in the ERP system, the required parts are provided from the warehouse or their procurement is initiated.

Next, the team organizes the shipping of the product. If the destination is abroad, customs regulations must be taken into account.

And finally, the invoice is forwarded to the customer.
